About Me:
I’m a People Strategist, Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychologist, Organizational Consultant, and Executive Advisor. I’ve worked with organizations and their teams for more than eighteen years, including companies such as Evonik, Biomet, Energizer, SCORE, Lynn University, Talbots, Brick Markers, and Liz Claiborne.

What’s a People Strategist?
It’s someone who understands that people, strategy, and results are the key ingredients to sustainable high performance.
I grew up in rural Pennsylvania, raised by my grandmother. As I turned 12 and Nana was 72, I began to strategize to get approval for the things I wanted to do, two weeks in advance because our life objectives didn’t align. That’s when I learned that strategy drives results. You could say that my sales career began at age 12.
My career began with strategic planning, sales training, management coaching, customer retention, and service strategies. Before embarking on my consulting career, I also worked as a sales manager and trainer for major retail corporations, which grounded me in organizational development and advanced people skills.
I call myself a people strategist because I’m passionate about helping others achieve maximum results when interacting with others in the business world. I’m not a personal therapist; I work with leaders and entrepreneurs in the progressive work world.
