The Change Cycle

Growth – Performance – Change

Your Team Is Growing.

The Challenges are Growing With It.

You’ve built something. And now you’re leading people through growth and change, but the playbook that got you here doesn’t cover this part.

You know something needs to change. But knowing a change is necessary and knowing how to lead it successfully are two different things.

There may be multiple ways to approach it. You want to make the right change, bring your team with you, and avoid creating new problems along the way.

You don’t have to lead it alone.

That’s what The Change Cycle is designed for.

The Change Cycle is a consulting partnership for leaders navigating a significant change that affects their team.

Together, we develop the strategy, involve your team, navigate the challenges that emerge, and move the change forward.

What Makes It Different

The Change Cycle brings your team into the process.

You’re responsible for leading the change. But your team is the one who will experience it.

Successful change requires more than a strategy at the leadership level. The people affected by the change need to understand it, have a voice in the process, and know what it means for how they work.

Your team’s perspective helps shape how the change is introduced, communicated, and implemented.

So when it’s time to implement, your team isn’t simply being handed a plan.

They helped shape it.

That’s the difference between a plan that lives in a document and one that actually changes how your team works.

As an Example, Our Work Together During Your Change Cycle Can Include:

Change Strategy
A clear strategy for navigating the specific change, including priorities, considerations, and the approach needed to move it forward.

Team Engagement
A dedicated session with your team to introduce the change, gather their perspective, address concerns, and incorporate their input into the implementation approach.

Implementation Plan
A practical roadmap for putting the change into action, with clear priorities and next steps.

Leadership Support
Strategic guidance throughout the engagement as you navigate decisions, team dynamics, and the realities of implementation.

Who This Is For

The Change Cycle is for leaders who are leading a significant change that affects their team and want an experienced partner to help them navigate it successfully.

The Change Cycle can support any change that affect your team.

For example, you may be:

  • Growing your team and need to change how the team operates
  • Introducing new roles, responsibilities, or reporting structures
  • Resetting expectations, accountability, or ways of working
  • Transitioning into a new leadership structure
  • Changing how your team communicates, collaborates, or makes decisions
  • Rebuilding momentum after a change that stalled
  • Leading a significant change in the business that will affect your team

You need someone who can help you think through the change, create the structure for it, bring your team into the process, and stay alongside you as you lead it.

This is the right fit whether you’re leading a team of 3 or 12.

How To Get Started With The Change Cycle

The Change Cycle begins with clarity about what needs to change and why.

That clarity is established through a Leadership Advisory Session, which takes place before the Change Cycle is scoped and the objectives, investment, and timeline are determined.

The Leadership Advisory Session gives us the opportunity to understand the situation, identify the most important change to address, and determine what the change will require.

Following the session, I’ll provide written recommendations and we’ll review them together during your Strategy Review Meeting.

If The Change Cycle is the right next step, we’ll determine the appropriate scope and level of support for the work.

The Change Cycle Investment

Determined by the scope of the engagement.

The Change Cycle is tailored to the change you’re leading. We’ll determine the appropriate level of support and investment based on what the change requires.

You’ll know exactly what the engagement includes and the investment before the work begins.

You Don’t Have To Figure It Out Alone

Ready to get clarity about the change you need to lead?

Book a Leadership Advisory Session. We’ll examine what’s happening, identify what needs to change, and determine the best path forward.
